BDEC Resources is a company with offices in Kuala Lumpur and with a registered office in London. We are in partnership with Oxentia Limited and Oxford University Innovation ,a subsidiary of Oxford University. Over the past 5 years, our company has sent delegates who are Managing Directors of their companies to Oxford University for programs on entrepreneurship and leadership.

This year, in collaboration with Oxentia and Oxford University Innovation, we will be conducting The Female Entrepreneur and Entrepreneurial Leadership Programme that aims to provide an extraordinary opportunity for women entrepreneurs to learn how to grow their businesses.

The programme covers aspects of retail business and includes the much desired topics of Developing Channel Partners, Devising a Profitable Exit Strategy, Supplier Strategy, Content Marketing Strategies, Growing an Online Retail Business, Delivering The Perfect Pitch And Creating and Sustaining an Impactful Brand Strategy.

Networking Session is slotted which gives the participants opportunities to share ideas with founders of start-ups, industry leaders and industry associations/guilds.

The Key Takeaways include a comprehensive Strategic Action Plan, a document that the participants will take home with them which covers important aspects of the supply chain of their business and includes among others, The Supplier Strategy, Content Marketing Strategy and International Channel Partners Strategy. At the end of the programme, participants will go through a simulation on how to Pitch their business to “prospective” investors, the aim being to sharpen their skills in the real world when the need arises.

To facilitate and expose them on what is available out there in the market and for the purpose of application to their business, Case Studies of Best Practices from Top Brands will be shared in the classroom by experts who are practitioners as well as academics. Inputs from these case studies are then used to derive their Strategic Action Plans while assisted by the Oxford coaches.

This one week program at Oxford University will cost $6,915.00 and will include tuition, room, 3 meals per day, excursions and daily activites, bed linens, towels and pillows, 24 hour residential care and support, staff accompanied airport transfer and takes place at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University on the 29th of April – 4th of May 2018.
