The annual IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference (WIE ILC) is being held at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California, 23-24 May 2016.

Conference Theme:  “Lead Beyond – Accelerating Women Who Change the World”

The two-day event brings together distinguished thought leaders from various engineering, science, technology and educational backgrounds to focus on the latest skills and strategic developments driving women’s advancement and entrepreneurship. A varied conference program is being planned, including an international hackathon, start-up pitch session and think tank focused on STEM developments.

The IEEE WIE ILC is the largest international professional organization dedicated to promoting women engineers and technologists and inspiring girls around the world to follow their academic interests to a career in engineering.
